Comment: Booking response was fantastic, given the short notice we expected some challenges but all went very smooth and we were given excellent assistance. Staff at the lodge were friendly and very helpful. Game drives were excellent, we saw 3 of the big 5 in two game drives and had we stayed longer, we are could have seen all the big 5 and magnificent 7. The nanny looked after out baby very well (although the lodge did not have any food suitable for a 1 year old, yet we had indicated that we have a baby in our booking, granted we booked late). The room was nicely set up and we loved it. Refreshments and food was also great.
